Willmar City Sanitation incorporates safe & secure online bill pay
transactions with help from PayPal.com, world leader in online payment
transactions. Everything is secure and encrypted, with quick response
confirming your transaction.
How-To:
1. By clicking the "Pay Now" button on the bottom of this page,
you'll be taken to PayPal's site to enter your payment
amount. In the "Payment For" box, enter your account number (a 1 to 4
digit number found on your bill) and billing
date on your bill. In the "Amount" box, enter the amount you wish to
pay on your bill.
EXAMPLE:
2. You may create a PayPal account that will retain all your
payment information securely for future transactions, or continue without
creating an account. When complete, you will receive an email
indicating that the transaction has been completed. The payment will
be applied to your account within 48-72 hours. That's it! Any
